It’s time to get out of the house……

I believe in a holistic approach to your health with the mind-body connection.

  • Keep up with the stretching and get plenty of cardio workouts to circulate the lymphatic system.

  • Take out all your doonas and extra blankets and hang them outside on a warm sunny day. Kill all those nasty bugs that could be lurking inside them

  • Regular water intake after a massage or any of our other treatments will help ease the de-tox we are always talking about.

  • Ginger is warming and great for tummy upsets. Helps with the cold and flu too.
